Please note, payments submitted after hours or on holidays will not be processed outside of working hours. Please click here for our hours and list of holidays.
You will need the following information to process your credit card payment:
- First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name of DEFENDANT as it appears on the case plus complete address
- Date of Birth and Telephone Number
- Last Four Digits of Social Security Number
- Cause or Ticket Number (If you do not have your ticket or cause number, click here for information on how to look-up your case)

PLEADING GUILTY AND PAYING TICKET:
A conviction for a traffic offense, or an offense involving the use of a vehicle, will be sent to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. This may result in a license suspension, imposition of re-instatement fees and/or a requirement to provide proof of financial responsibility. You will not be eligible to participate in the Vigo County Prosecutor's Infraction Deferral Program after submitting payment with a guilty plea.
- You may pay your fines and costs by credit card through GovPayNet.

MISDEMEANOR PRE-TRIAL DIVERSION AGREEMENT:
- Do NOT use this link until you have been instructed to by the City Court Deputy Prosecutor or the Program Administrator.
- If you received a packet in the mail and wish to pay by credit card, use the link below but the payment will not be processed unless the completed forms are returned to the City Clerk's Office.
- You must complete the Diversion form during a regular City Court session prior to submitting payment.
