The garage has one entrance, which is located on Cherry Street.
Parking in the garage is fully automated and easy. Simply drive up to the Ticket Dispenser/Card Reader located at the main gate and either use your access card (monthly customers) or get a ticket from the dispenser. You will receive a ticket with the time of entry. Once the ticket has been taken, the gate arm will raise. Simply drive through the gate and find a place to park, there are no reserved spaces except for the employee parking area. Please remember to take your ticket with you, lost tickets will be charged the maximum daily rate.
Once you return to the garage, simply hand your ticket to one of the attendants who will figure your charge. If the garage is unattended, you can use our Pay-In-Lane station located in the West exit lane. Simply insert your ticket into the Pay-In-Lane station. You may pay the appropriate fee with your credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover) or with cash. If you prefer to pay by credit card, even when the garage is attended, you MUST use the Pay-In-Lane station in the West exit lane. Once the fee is paid, the exit gate will raise and you may exit the garage.
Calling for Assistance
If you need assistance, the parking attendants will be happy to assist you. They are on duty Monday—Friday and the garage has on premise security personnel 24/7. If you have trouble finding someone, simply push the call button on the Pay-In-Lane station and someone will answer to assist you.
The garage is equipped with “Blue Light” emergency phone stations on each floor. These are for emergency situations only. Please DO NOT use the phones to call for assistance.
