National Road Heritage Trail

National Road Heritage Trail currently extends from Chamberlain Road west to ISU and south to US Highway 40.  For a map of the Heritage Trail, click here.  The trail also passes the Indiana Mile Walking Trail, which showcases many of the trees native to Indiana.  The Indiana Mile is located at the ISU Memorial Stadium Grounds on the corner of Brown and Wabash Avenues.  For lists of the trees featured on the Indiana Mile, click below:
