Honor Guard

Terre Haute Police Department

 

The Terre Haute Police Department Honor Guard is an 18 officer unit that participates in many different activities, such as parades, ceremonies, memorials, and law enforcement officer funerals all across the state of Indiana. The Honor Guard annually travels to Washington D.C. in May of each year to attend the National Law Enforcement Officer Memorial Week, and on multiple occasions have had the distinguished honor of representing our city on the steps of the U.S. Capitol building in the presence of the President of the United States during the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial service.
