We're not ready to take your payments yet. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We have provided some information below regarding your new sewer bill and the payment options you will have available to choose from. Check back periodically for updates! 


The City of Terre Haute sewer bills will be printed and mailed on January 23rd. Your sewer bill should arrive in your mailbox by or before Monday, January 28th. 


 

Upon receipt of your sewer bill, please direct all sewage billing questions to the Customer Service Center at 1-800-955-6598, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST.
*The Customer Service Call Center will be closed for observation of all major holiday's* 

We are happy to offer you five very convenient bill pay options to choose from. 

Monthly EZ Pay - Eliminate late payment fees and postage costs by signing up for our convenient Monthly EZ Pay option. Monthly EZ Pay saves you time and money while you LIVE GREENER. By enrolling in Monthly EZ Pay you are choosing the most environmentally sustainable billing solution and are indicating your desire to no longer kill poor, innocent, defenseless tree's with paperless e-Bills. On the billing date each month you'll receive your sewer e-bill in your email inbox. On the payment due date your monthly sewer bill amount will be automatically deducted from the checking/savings account (no fee) or the credit/debit card (a fee applies*) of your choice.

One-Time Bill Pay by Telephone - Make a quick one-time payment by telephone by calling the Customer Service Center at 1-800-955-6598. When you call the Customer Service Center be sure to have your sewage billing account number ready and a Customer Service Representative will assist you in making a one-time payment from the checking/savings account (no fee) or credit/debit card (a fee applies*) of your choice. When using our One-Time Bill Pay by Telephone your payment could take up to 2-3 business days to process with your bank.

One-Time Bill Pay Online - You can also make a quick one-time payment online using the checking/savings account (no fee) or credit/debit card (a fee applies*) of your choice. This is a one-time transaction, which means that your payment is deducted from your account only when you want - not automatically. Your payment information is not retained for future use. When using our One-Time Bill Pay Online you payment could take up to 2-3 business days to process with your bank.

Mail Your Payment - If you receive your bill by mail you can use the return payment envelope that is provided to mail your check or money order along with the payment stub to the address listed below. Please allow 5-7 days for processing when you mail in your payment.

Pay-In-Person - Make a payment using cash or a money order at any of our Pay-In-Person locations for a small convenience fee**. Payment locations include Mike's Market, Pages Market, and all Jiffy Mini Mart Locations. Click here to view the addresses for Pay-In-Person locations. When making a cash or money order Pay-In-Person payment, please allow 2-3 business days for payment processing with your bank.
