DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE) PROGRAM

 

The Terre Haute Transit Utility, a department of the City of Terre Haute, Indiana has established an overall goal of 1% for Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) participation for Federal Fiscal Year 2014, 2015, 2016.  The DBE program was developed in conformance with the U.S. Department Rule 49 CFR Part 26.

 The goal and information regarding the Terre Haute Transit Utility DBE program is available for public review at the address listed below, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Comments regarding the goal and DBE Program will be accepted for a period of forty-five days following this publication of the notice.

Interested persons and qualified DBE firms interested in selling transit related parts, supplies, or services to the Terre Haute Transit Utility should send summary of services, brochures, catalogs and/or letters of interest stating your firm’s qualifications and area of service to:
