Fats, Oils & Grease Best Management Practices for food service establishments

Best Management Practices (BMPs) are designed to help facilities comply with environmental regulations and prevent pollution at the source. This handbook contains a set of operating procedures and guidelines designed to reduce the amount of pollutants discharged to Terre Haute’s wastewater treatment plant. The development of this BMP is intended to protect the treatment plant and the environment by providing established, common sense, and economical guidelines for food service establishments.
