LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Terre Haute, Indiana will discuss and consider for passage the following ordinance at their Regular Meeting on July 13, 2023 at 6:00 PM.  If the proper legal officers do not take action on that day, the ordinances will be heard again at the next regular meeting on the August 3, 2023 at 6:00 P.M.  The meetings are to be held in the City Hall Courtroom, 17 Harding Avenue, Terre Haute, Indiana. The ordinance is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
